Also, the integral keys to a healthy skin are cleansing, scrubbing, toning and moisturizing your skin from time to time. Cleansing and Scrubbing help remove the dead cells and removes dirt, oil, and sweat from it.Most of us are extremely disciplined when it comes to our skincare routine. After a certain point, cleansing and moisturizing become more of a religious practice than a regimen. However, no matter how dedicated to the routine you are, your skin will sometimes need a little treat to remain at its attractive best. This is where body scrubs come in.

1. Coffee And Sugar

You will Need:
  • ¼ cup Ground Coffee
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 Vitamin E Capsules
Method:
  1. Combine all the ingredients until you get a coarse paste.
  2. Cleanse your skin and apply this paste onto it.
  3. Use your fingers to gently massage the mixture, in circular motions, on your skin.
  4. Take 5-10 minutes to gently massage and exfoliate your body, spending 1-2 minutes on each part.
  5. Wash the mixture off your body using a hydrating body scrub and lukewarm water.

2. Chocolate Sugar Face Scrub

You will Need:
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Method:

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.  Lather generously onto clean face, rubbing gently into the skin for 60 seconds.  Allow to set on skin for 10 minutes, if desired, then rinse clean with warm water.

3. Blueberry and Honey Scrub

You will Need:
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tbsp honey (raw and local is best)
  • 1 – 2 tbsp sugar
Method:

Combine all ingredients in a small food processor, and blend until smooth.  Add a generous layer to clean face, and allow to sit for 15 minutes. Rinse clean with warm water.

4. Oatmeal Face & Body Scrub

The oatmeal body scrub is one of the best homemade body and  face scrubs for glowing skin.

You will Need:
  • ½ cup Oatmeal (Uncooked ),
  • A ½ cup Brown Sugar,
  • ½ cup Honey,
  • ¼ cup Jojoba Oil,
  • 3-4 drops Lavender Essential Oil,
  • 4-5 drops Geranium Essential Oil,
  • 3-4 drops Frankincense.
Method:
  1. Grind the dry ingredients till you get a fine powder out of it and then mix the liquid ingredients into it.
  2. Mix all other ingredients till you form a coarse paste.
  3. By using a soft cleanser , clear your skin.
  4. Apply the mixture of past on your skin.
  5. Spread the paste uniformly and use your fingers to massage the mixture, in circular motions, on your skin.
  6. Keep massaging the mixture on your skin for 5-10 minutes, giving each part 1-2 minutes to exfoliate.
  7. Wash off with lukewarm water.
  8. It also helps and soothes troubled skin.
  9. You can use this twice a week.

5. Milk Cream Scrub

This is best suited for a dry and normal skin. In case of oily skin, use Yogurt instead of milk.

You will Need:
  • Milk cream,
  • Oatmeal.
Method:
  1. Soak oatmeal (raw  one) in lukewarm water for 1-2 minute.
  2. Extract the excess water and then add 2 tablespoons of milk cream to the soaked oatmeal.
  3. Mix them to form a thick paste.
  4. Massage the paste into the moist skin for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Massage uniformly in the circular motion.
  6. Wash off the paste with lukewarm water.

The milk cream scrub gently removes all pollutants without stripping away the skin essential moisture leaving your skin nourished and healthy.

6. Papaya Face Scrub

It cleanses the pores, moisturizes the skin and removes skin blemishes leaving your skin flawless.This is best suited for a dry, normal and sensitive skin.

You will Need:
  • Papaya,
  • 3 tablespoons Sugar.
Method:
  1. Blend a few ripe papayas into a smooth paste.
  2. Add 3 tablespoons of sugar to the paste and mix properly.
  3. Cleanse your face and apply the paste to your moist skin.
  4. Massage the scrub for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Leave the scrub on your face for 15 minutes and then rinse using cold water.

7. Yogurt Body Scrub

If you have dry skin and need to exfoliate, this is the body scrub for you.

You will Need:
  • 1 tbsp. Yogurt,
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil,
  • 1 tsp Honey,
  • 3 tbsp. Granulated Sugar
Method:
  1. Combine all the ingredients to form a coarse paste.
  2. Cleanse your skin and apply the paste to it.
  3. Gently massage the paste into your skin using your fingers.
  4. Massage for 5-10 minutes, giving each part 1-2 minutes.
  5. Rinse using any hydrating body scrub and lukewarm water.

You can use this 2-3 times a week.
