Hi, in this article we learn about how to stay hydrate, So It’s hot out. It’s summertime. You got to stay hydrated. And what a lot of people don’t realize, this hydration is not just water, it’s electrolytes and it’s movement and it’s other things. But if you want to real stay hydrated, not just you, but your cells and having good, healthy cellular exchange here, you don’t want to follow these tips.
Drink at least 1/2 your Body Weight in oz of Water per Day:
Number one, take your body weight. Cut that in half and drink at least then ounces of water a day. So if you weigh one hundred and sixty pounds, you want to break that.
Cut that in half and do at least 80 ounces of water a day. Best way to do this is get one of those big steel water bottles. Know how many ounces are in there? Maybe it’s 24 or 32 and just drink, right? Drink some water.
Be getting that in your diet all day. So that’s number one tip to stay hydrated. Get some of that water.
Eat Electrolyte Rich Foods
Number two, remember, hydration isn’t just water, it’s electrolytes. So eat a lot of electrolyte rich foods. Here are some of my favorites.
Watermelon, coconut water, celery juice. In fact, celery juice might be my favorite doing celery juice combined with cucumber juice if you do a juicer. That’s really amazing for yourselves.
Celery is one of the best things for fluid exchange and detoxification you could do and staying hydrated is. In addition to that, bell peppers and tomatoes are fantastic there as well. But Dish really consume. And then, of course, just eating vegetables, carrots and beets, getting lots and lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet and those water rich foods like celery and cucumber, watermelon and coconut water.
Those can really help you stay hydrated and support fluid exchange. The other thing that is amazing for hydration is and I say hydration, but just fluid exchange and circulation is exercise.
Exercise to Increase Circulation:
You want to just move on a regular basis, even if it’s walking 20 minutes a day or burst training or doing yoga or polarities or doing a spin class or weight training, just in general moving, getting your heart pumping, lungs pumping helps with fluids, circulation in your body.
And by doing that, you are going to be having healthier fluid exchange, which is good for hydration. And just in general, it’s good for your health.
Also, last thing here is sea salt. Now you want to stay away from the iodide. So you want to do either sea salt or Celtic salt or Himalayan salt, but you want to get salt in your diner. You do not want to go overboard. Really, just sprinkling a little bit on your dishes can also be good for your thyroid in certain cases and your cellular hydration.
But again, a little bit of sea salt on your meals is good to do along with those electrolyte rich foods I mentioned earlier. If you do those things, it’s really going to help you stay hydrated. Again, hydration is so key for many things, but including detoxification and cleansing your body
